Why I love photographing families…

Each family is unique.  There are subtleties in the way they speak to each other, in the way they love one another.  I have just over an hour to detect these subtleties and capture them in an photograph that will last generations.  Each child has a special grin, a sparkle in their eye or a tell of some kind, that only their mother knows the true meaning of.  These are the subtleties that I look for.  That quiet moment the speaks volumes to the members of the inner circle.  One magical moment, frozen in time.  That is what I love about photographing families.
