I have again fallen behind on my blogging. Somehow my daily schedule has taken on a life of it’s own and is running wild.
This morning I had an appointment with my local elementary school because today was the day my first born was observing a Kindergarten class. She will be starting school this September. It was strange sitting in a child size chair, in the corner of classroom, watching my little girl jump right in. She is ready and has been ready for quite some time. I, on the other hand, am not.
It was just yesterday, that I brought this sweet, innocent little being home from the hospital and in a few months I will be dropping her off at the door to her new school. I wish I had just a little more time with her. As much as I love watching her grow, I would give anything to keep her this age forever.
If you have toddlers at home, cherish these moments because before you even realize it, you will be sitting in a child sized chair in the corner of a Kindergarten classroom.
